Registration
All applicants are considered without regard to sex, race, religion, national or ethnic origin, or disability.
All students applying for Kindergarten through eighth grade are required to take an entrance examination prior to acceptance. All completed elementary and middle school application forms must be accompanied by a current report card.
Immunization records and a copy of the child's birth certificate must be submitted to the office upon acceptance.
Admission & Withdrawal
The registration fee plus the tuition deposit are due upon acceptance and both are non-refundable and non-transferrable. The registration fee covers all processing, textbooks, lab fees, art fees and annual achievement testing. Tuition agreements are issued annually for all students. If a student is withdrawn during the academic year, no tuition refund will be made by the school. Children enrolling mid-year will have their tuition prorated using a daily rate.
Payment Options
Tuition may be paid in three ways: annually, semi-annually, or monthly. Monthly payments, however, are only allowed through ACH debit directly withdrawn from a checking or savings account. The tuition agreement and first payment (amount depending on which payment option you choose) are due July 15th. The annual payment is due July 15, semi-annual payments are due July 15 and January 5, and the first monthly payment is due July 15. The remaining monthly payments will be directly withdrawn from your account September 1 through May 1. The tuition deposit is applied to the tuition balance prior to the first payment. A late fee of 10% is assessed on any account that is not paid by the due date. There will be a $25 late fee for each payment attempt that is returned.
